- You need 1 cup of rice.
- You need 1 of big carrot chopped.
- You need 1/2 cup of frozen peas.
- It's 2 tsp of oil.
- It's 1 tbsp of ghee.
- You need 1 tbsp of cumin seeds.
- It's 2 tbsp of cashews nuts.
- Prepare 1 tsp of black pepper.
- You need as per taste of Salt.

- Wash and soak rice for half an hour than transfer into pressure cooker with 3 cups of water and salt. Put it on flame and cook it for 3 whistles on medium flame. Keep it aside and let them cool down..
- Meanwhile in a pan pour 1 cup water and let it boil with some salt. Than add chopped carrot and peas in it and boil them till they become soft. When cooked drain out the water..
- Now heat ghee in a frying pan. Saute the cashew till golden. Take them out and keep aside..
- In a same pan add oil with ghee put cumin seeds and let them crackle. Than add cooked Carrot and peas with some salt and black pepper.
